Upon your first contact with us either by phone or personal visit to the funeral home, we will ask you for some information about the person who has died, we can also answer any questions you may initially have with reference to the funeral.

We will then make an appointment with you to either visit you in your own home or for you to call into our funeral home.

The funeral director will discuss with you all the options available for a funeral service, and will take the details of your wishes or the deceased's wishes for the funeral.

As next of kin you will be asked to sign a few forms, for example a hospital release form, cremation application form (if applicable).

Finally you will be given an estimated cost of the funeral you have chosen and the payment options that are available.

On the day of the funeral our funeral director will offer guidance and support during the funeral.

Whilst in our care the deceased will be treated with dignity and respect at all times.
